Orders & Shipping
We do our best to process your orders in a timely manner. If you've placed an order and need to change information provided please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will do our best to acommodate.
If you have a special or specific request we are happy to help! Please call (206-687-7130) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the vendor and item information, and we will do our best to find or order it for you. Special orders are final sale.
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as an e-mail once your order ships with tracking information.
Packages are shipped from our Seattle store and get picked up once a day. Any orders placed in the late afternoon or evening will go out the following business day.
If you need faster shipping than what is available upon checkout please call our store 206-687-7130 or e-mail us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to acommodate your timeframe.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders! Free shipping will be standard shipping, not expedited shipping.
We do ship to PO boxes, however, only through USPS.
In-Store Pick Up is an option for any order. When you place your order, write "In-store Pick Up" in the notes section. Unfortunately, our platform doesn't have an option for in-store pick up in the shipping section, so you will have to select "Free Shipping" upon checkout. We will hold your order in-store for one week, at which point we will ship it to you.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping through our website. However, we are more than happy to acommodate you through our Seattle store. Please call (206-687-7130) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can process your order and payment and discuss shipping options.
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties when shipping internationally, and if using a coupon, those amounts might be based on the original price.
